Services
For over 25 years we have provided a range of machining, fabrication and on site services to our customers, ranging from small batch and bespoke jobs, to high volume production runs and large on site projects.
MACHINING / CNC
Turning, milling and boring services in a range of materials, to your specification.
CNC and manual lathes, with capacity to turn up to 3 metres in length.
CNC and traditional milling equipment allow us to produce both high volume and one off components as required, with a capacity of 1 metre horizontal and vertical movement coupled with multi turret on our VMC.
Our manual horizontal borer allows boring and milling on large components.
FABRICATION / SHEET METAL
Mig & tig welding in steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
Guillotine and press brake capable of cutting and folding sheet metal to a range of sizes.
Combined with our machining services we can fabricate complex and precise components that may need further machining to achieve design tolerances.
ON SITE
We have a wealth of experience in carrying out on site work, from repairing production lines and machinery, servicing machinery, handrail installation to walkway bridge removal and barrier installation.
